Directions

CAR:

1. Take QUEENS MIDTOWN TUNNEL from Manhattan, New York.
2. Take the I-495 EAST (Long Island Expressway-L.I.E.)  70.5 miles
3. Exit L.I.E.  at Last Exit (Exit 73- RIVERHEAD). (Est. Time: 1 hour, 55 minutes) 
4. Estimated TIME FROM RIVERHEAD TO E. MARION: 30 Minutes. Est. Distance: 24 miles.
5. LIE merges onto OLD COUNTRY RD. (ROUTE 58 EAST which becomes ROUTE 25 EAST) -1.0 miles.
6. Continue along ROUTE 25 EAST towards GREENPORT until blinking traffic light in Greenport.  
7. (Pass towns like Jamesport, Mattituck, Cutchogue, & Southold)
8. Turn LEFT at "T"-Intersection in TOWN OF GREENPORT. 
9. Follow sign to ORIENT POINT FERRY in Orient Point..
10. Turn RIGHT to MAIN ROAD (RTE 25A) TO EAST MARION at next blinking traffic light.. (On the left, pass Skippers Restaurant, the Island Golf Club & Hellenic Greek Restaurant. On the right, at the blinking yellow light & sign for Fire House, SLOW DOWN. Four houses from here, on the left side of the road going east, is the Quintessentials sign).
11. QUINTESSENTIALS B&B, 8985 MAIN ROAD is between Rocky Point Road and Bay Avenue and west of the East Marion Post Office & Fire Station.

1. Make left on to Route 25A West going towards Greenport.
2. Travel to Village of East Marion (Est. Time: 7 minutes)
3. At blinking yellow light and sign for Fire House, SLOW DOWN.  two houses from here on the right side of the road going west is the Quintessentials sign.
